Silver impregnated activated carbon is a new technology for water purification that exchanges silver ions into the pores of activated carbon and is specially fixed. It adsorbs a large amount of organic matter in the activated carbon filter and sterilizes, and reduces the breeding of bacteria in the activated carbon, reducing the increase of the nitrite content.
