With the fir and pine sawdust as raw materials, located next to the wood board factory, the remaining sawdust can be directly used to produce wood activated carbon powder, which is lower grease, good pore-making effect and keep store longer.
It consists of the advanced activation workshop, screening workshop, milling workshop, and laboratory. And It will be rinsed with phosphoric acid for many times. 22-23cubic meters of raw sawdust can produce 1ton of wood activated carbon powder, and the annual output can reach 8760t.
Our powder activated carbon products can meet different needs for Sugar factory, edible oil, MSG factory, fruit juice factory, etc.
